1. General Provisions

2.7. Operator – a state body, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual that independently or jointly with others organizes and/or processes personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.8. Personal Data – any information directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://reloasis.io/en.
2.9. Personal Data Permitted for Dissemination – personal data to which access has been granted by the subject of personal data by consenting to processing for dissemination under the Personal Data Law.
2.10. User – any visitor to the website https://reloasis.io/en.
2.11. Provision of Personal Data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or group of persons.
2.12. - Continue processing personal data without the subject’s consent if grounds specified in the Personal Data Law exist (e.g., contractual or legal obligations).
- Independently determine necessary measures to comply with the Personal Data Law.
3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
- Provide the subject of personal data, upon request, with information regarding the processing of their personal data.
- Process personal data in accordance with Russian law.
- Respond to requests from subjects of personal data and their legal representatives.
- Ensure the security of personal data and take measures to prevent unauthorized access, destruction, or alteration.
- Cease processing and destroy personal data upon achieving processing purposes or revocation of consent (unless otherwise required by law).
4. Key Rights and Obligations of Personal Data Subjects
4.1. Subjects of personal data have the right to:
- Request access to their personal data.
- Demand correction, blocking, or deletion of inaccurate or unlawfully processed data.
- Withdraw consent for processing.
- File complaints with regulatory authorities.
4.2. Subjects of personal data must:
- Provide accurate information about themselves.
